Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments are reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee

Exceptions may be considered in cases of illness or emergency, at my discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. The full service fee will apply.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid at booking. Gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Health & Intake Forms

All clients must complete an intake and consent form prior to their first session and update it as needed. Please disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or changes before your appointment.

Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is provided for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still apply.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. My intention is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and respectful for everyone who enters.
